Ghamidi sab ne recently jab wuzu ki ayat par tafseel se guftgu ki tu us men farmaya k Quran meezan hai aur jab Quran kisi sunnat ko b mazmoon bnae ga to usi ki bat or faisla mana jae ga.
Quran kehta hai ‘jab namaz k liye utho to …(wuzu ka tariqa)….is se ye bat samajh ati hai k jab b namaz parhny lago to wuzu lazmi hai. Lekin hum practically aysa ni krty. Aam tor par ye btaya jata hai k jab tak wuzu na tooty to namaz ek hi wuzu k sath pari ja sakti hai. Kiya Quran ki ayat clearly ye ni bta rhi k jab b kisi waqfay k bad namaz parhi jae to namaz lazmi hai.

The word ‘Iza’ indicates ‘when’ you rise to offer Prayer, make ablutoin, it does not mean, ‘whenever’ کلما you rise to offer prayer make ablutoin. So when one is having ablution already, this verse does not make it mandatory to do ablution everytime۔
Secondly, the injunction tells do ablution to attain a higher state of purity, because ablution is missing. but if one is already has ablution, the requirement is fulfilled, so no need to do it again. For example, if it is said, when you rise to go office, dress properly. if one is already properly dressed up, one needs not to do that. This is how we understand langauge.
