Prophet (sws) Shown People In Hell During Mairaj
Assalam-o-alaikum,
I would like to know about youm-ul-qiyammah with reference to the Prophet’s (PBUH) visit to Mairaj, in which he was shown people inside Jahanumm, so my question is that how were people already in Jahanumm when youm-ul-qiyammah has yet to happen?

According to Ghamidi sb, these narrations are actually reporting vision of prophet for the purpose of warning.
To understand Ghamidi sb explanation of incident of mairaj refer to Discussion 45425 -
