There is no restriction on women, just like on men, to visit graveyard, no matter they are having periods or not.
The prophet once forbade the women in Madina for a certain time and then allowed them when he felt that they were well aware of the teaching of Deen and would not indulge in some polytheistic activity.

Okay, thank you, Sir….. Sir, Clarify that During periods “women allowed to read darood but not Quran” is this statement is true or not? Secondly why women can’t read Quran even orally during periods? When they are allowed to read Darood then why not Quran…
