Difference Between Allegation And Opinion
What is difference between oponion and allegation.like for example if i say on the basic of my experience in government institution people don,t work .is it a allegation or oponion?do i have to prove it in front of god or not as in this case my intention is not to accuse someone?

If you are expressing a general opinion on the basis of your experience and observation and it does not involve any person in specific then this is not considered an allegation and there is no moral issue involved here. If however, your opinion becomes very specific and targets a particular individual, then you must have some reasonable basis before pointing fingers at that person. In the absence of that basis, you will be guilty of slander, which is both a sin and can also become a crime in certain situations.

Yes, it could be wrong but the person should have some basis in his mind before expressing such opinion.
