It’s never been seen in history, it’s more reason of climate change.

For us its “climate change” in scientific terms. But if we go back in time 1400 years back and contemplate then Rasulullah (sws) prophecy is taking its form into reality.

The circumstances are heading toward the prophesized conditions. We can’t say for sure how near we are but we are getting near to it.

Akbaar ahad gives zanni ilm (probable knowledge) then how come this hadith in original post is given a certain knowledge of the end of times ?

Such narrations which give a prophecy about future are proven on the yardstick of time. When the time itself proves them to be true, then that probable knowledge becomes an absolute knowledge. For example, the prophecy in Hadith-e-Jibreel regarding skyscrapers in Arabia and abolishment of the slavery have been proven to be true on the yardstick of the time, and hence those narrations although transmitted originally as ‘ahad‘ but now considerdd to be giving absolute knowledge because of other external factors as mentioned above.
This particular narration still needs further verification on the yardstick of time before it can be taken as absolute knowledge. But the overall circumstances and other fulfilled prophecies of Prophet Muhammad (sws) are pointing to the fact that Qiyamah is indeed near. But this “near” cannot be quantified with certainty.
