✅ – These five things don’t mention Kufr. Is it not different from shirk. If it is, why is kufr not mentioned here.

    Is Kufr not Haram?

✅ – Shirk seems to be “Allah ka haq marna”

So why did it need to be mentioned specially?

✅ Why’s Zina mentioned separately? Doesn’t this come in “Haq talfi” too?

From my second and third point, I want to ask, can we sum-up all five Haram things into two as follows :

    ✅ Haq Talfi

✅ Jaan Maal ke khilaf Ikdam

So can we say all of these five haram things can be sum up in this two things when we’ll explain them as conclusion?

    Thank you in advance …

Haq talfi and Ziyadti Usurpation and transgression are two fundamental categories. Under these categories, the major sins are mentioned. Shirk is against God, Zina is against humanity, and some other sins are mentioned in other places, like murder, usury, fasaad fi al Ard, etc.

Shirk is kufr that is why the mushrikeen were called kafir because the reality of kufr is a denial of the facts.

Quran has categorized forbidden things into three categories.

Indeed, God directs you [in it] to justice, virtue and to give to the kin and stops you from lewdness, evil and rebelliousness. He counsels you so that you receive a reminder. (16: 90)
