Hunting For Recreational Purposes
please guide if recreational hunting is allowed in Islam.
by reactional hunting it means we get permission from gov and go in forest to hunt deer or rabbits and sometimes kill more animals then required and leave them there.
second scenario is hunting in private property where it is assumed that wild animals can destroy fields and eat grass meant for our own stock and we kill those animals sometimes more than required.
Generally, is recreational hunting allowed?
