This is an attitude of denying the facts. Denying God despite being convinced in heart, that God is one, and shirk is baseless is a rebellious attitude. Opposing God’s messenger after being convinced that he is the real messenger and they had no excuse to deny him, is a rebellious attitude.
Further, to murder, to deceive someone, to usurp the property of someone knowingly is a rebellious attitude with the belief that one is answerable to God.
