Understanding Awrah: Are Upper Arms Of Women Included In Her Awrah?

I’ve some confusions about the topic of Awrah, one of them is the question that, Are upper arms of the female included in her Awrah? Because, Ghamidi Sb. (ha) (in the 8th Part of Response to 23 Questions) said that the Female Awrah is from neck down to below the knees, While discussing both Ghamidi Sb. (ha) and his dear student and son-in-law Hassan Ilyas (ha) agreed that Armpits are also included in Awrah of a Women. Furthermore, Ghamidi Sb. (ha) said that it is better to cover the upper arms too (in the adherence of Hiz al-Furuj). My question is that is it obligatory for a women to cover her upper arms, along with armpits? [or Ghamidi Sb. (ha) said that just for reminding the viewers to secure the Awrah].

Yes, it is compulsory to cover the portion of upper arms including armpits. It falls in the application of وَ یَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوْجَھُنَّ (covering of private parts and covering of parts annexed right next to private parts to ensure proper and complete covering of privates).
