    No Mention Of Prophets Of Bani-Israil Performing Hajj Of Kaba

    Assalamualaikum,

    When Hajj is the sunnah ordered and performed since prophet Ibrahim, why then the messengers of Bani israil and the Jews and Christians are never reported performing or observing this Sunnah.. they even never performed it it in the last prophets time.

    Hope you answer my question

    History did not record it. Their national pride did not let them mention it in their books. The way they snatched the privilege of the slaughtered son from Ishmael to Issac, they removed the mention of Makkah from their books.

    Yes indeed, they would have done it, but i wonder, why Quran is silent in this case. Why there is no mention of even a one messenger from Ishaq to Isa or some righteous people during this long period on pilgrimage to Mecca…?

    Because Quran is not supposed to tell history. There occurred no occasion in Quran to discuss it.
