In all such matters, the principle is to find if there is any moral or ethical problem in question. If any moral or ethical problem can be pointed out, the thing will be prohibited otherwise not. the use of contraceptive methods for family planning has no ethical or moral question in it. The couple knows well their circumstances, it is their decision to extend their family or not. Religion has no objection to it.
