Feelings are not sins. These come and grow naturally. If unethical ways are adopted to fulfill the demands of feelings, then the person is sinful, however, if ethical ways are adopted, they are allowed.
In the above case, nothing is sinful in principle. A marriage needs mutual love, trust, and respect. If these elements are missing one can reconsider continuing it or not seeing the pros and cons of one’s decision.
