Aoa,

I am a married man and my wife posses gold on which zakat is eligible. However, my wife is not earning and is a housewife so i have to pay for the zakat.

I offer Qurbani on Eid ul Adha on my behalf only but recently I’ve come to know from a group of people that Qurbani is compulsory on all those who are eligible for paying zakat, meaning that my wife also has to offer her separate Qurbani.

As my wife is not earning, my question is that kindly clarify this situation that is Qurbani compulsory for me only or for both of us seperate are required.
