Financial Support For Kids After Divorce
After divorce, if the wife decides to live in another country and not let father have any time with the son (since he was 3 and now he is 7), and keep the child away from father on full time basis, not letting father to have any say in child’s life not even to make calls with the son, what is the obligation for a father to continue supporting them financially? Father has been supporting financially for last 4 years while the mother would let the child have video calls. Since the father has requested to visit the son, she had stopped the video calls as well. Is the father still obligated to support financially?
