I hope everyone is doing well.
I had a question asked from my colleague the other day that
A)Does talking to opposite gender,hand shake,kissing come under zina?
B)And moving furthur,the acts such as hugging and french kiss come under zina
C)And then doing everything except penetration (oral sex too)come under zina?
Is Zina only the act of penetration?

Penetration is the completion of the act of Zina, the rest is the stages towards it. If one avoids to go to the end one is not blameworthy of Zina, however, the these lesser things are also Haram and prohibited and sin.

Like what is the definition of it?
Is it the penetration of sexual organs?
Will oral sex be Zina too?

We know what is the ultimate final act in the process of sex. This is intercourse or penetration. Until it is done, the act of Zina cannot be said completed. The intensity of sin is judged accordingly.
