Ibadat (Salah And Hajj) Before Islam
I’ve read this mostly that all ibadat like namaz, hajj, roza are same ibadat done before islam and Rasoolallah S.A.W.W continued this in islam.
Are there any historical records available? That Christans or Jews were doing coming to makkah for hajj. If not then who was doing hajj there before islam? If only arabs were doing it before islam then there is much bigger question comes to mind. That one side bin islameel followong different islam doing hajj and bani israel following separate islam not doing hajj. How come the current islam and bani ismaeel islam is same?
Also there is not namaz found in Christianity. Jews also don’t pray as Muslims at all. Its not just arkan of namaz they don’t even follow prayer timings.
Then how do we say that these are the preislamic ibadat? Are there any authentic sources for this?
I am trying to understand this historically because we are told that Hazrat Ibraheem had to sons Ishq and Ismaeel. Bani Israeel are jews amd Christians and are from Ishaq. And Muslims are Bani ismaeel and are from Ismeel
If both branches were spreading the same religion then how come jews and Christians never came for hajj as their part of islam?

I will suggest you to search coptic christian prayers and rabi prayers. You will see there are quite similar.
