Your question stem out from the notion that God was created at certain time.
Uncreated thing has no beginning so God is eternal.

Because we are a creation so ultimately it pops up in our mind that every existing should have a creator. Since none has seen Allah with their own eyes, it is impossible to predict His form. On the day of Judgment, those who will be blessed with Jannah will get the opportunity to see Allah and at that time asking such question should be valid.
