If your question is about hadith https://sunnah.com/tirmidhi:759, which asks Muslims to keep six additional fasts after Ramadan, you must first complete missed fast followed by six other fasts.
If not, then yes, you can keep the fast. Hopefully, you will be rewarded.

And what about if I keep the missed fasts on Monday and Thursday, 13,14,15 of each month.. does this also
Will be count in Sunnah and then I will fast the missed fasts??…

Yes, you can keep them with intention of making up for the missed fasts of Ramdhan and also with the intention of additonal reward for Nafl Fasting of Shawal and Nafl Fasting as per Sunnah.
