Is it sinful to show fake experience to get hold of a job, while one has the pre requisite of the job but not the experience ?
After getting the job they work hard. Is that income halal. Kindly respond.

Deception and lying are always sinful activities and showing fake experience is nothing but a lie and deception.
If one gets a job on the basis of deception then later during that job, If one has developed enough competency for the job then income earned from that Job would be Halal.
