    It appears as per understanding of Ghamidi Sahab that Janat-ul-mawa is a temporary abode where pious souls are kept for a time being. Since study of Ahadith on punishment inside the grave give us detail in this regard that pious souls are first taken to the sky after being extracted from their bodies where they are ultimately taken to the divine sky (the seventh sky) and then ordered to be returned to their graves where they are given new bodies (which are intangible and invisible at the moment). This place is called barzakh, which is located on this eath and is invisible at the moment. Then those souls are put to sleep. Those souls whose decisions were obvious (i.e. like the ones subjected to itmam-e-hujjat) are put in a dream-like state where rewards will be showered upon them. For evil souls on the other hand, doors of sky are not opened and they are ordered to be retuned to their graves where they are also put to sleep in a dream-like state and are shown their punishment. Souls in-between these two categories for whom decisons are not final and not clearly obvious, they will be put to sleep only.

    The initial transitory period of souls in the sky is when they are kept is janat-ul-mawa and this period is what Ghamidi Sahab is referring to in the video above. For a complete picture of how souls are treated after death, following is a comprehensive hadith in this regard:
