Is there a racism discussion on Ilm o Hikmat episode. I did find some discussions here on Ask Ghamidi but they are not full fledged discussion like how they are done on ilm o hikmat.

People in may regions discriminate regarding other people due to collective bad actions associated with their birth place.
For example :
1. (xyz) country/city people are drug peddlers and that turns out to be true.
2. These xyz country/place people starts migrating to (abc) country/place.
3. Abc country/place people will start hating the xyz country/place people due to them bringing drug business to their homeland.
Similarly many examples can be given with different scenarios like ABC sect people migrating to XYZ sects place and then taking over masjids etc.
The question is-
a. Is there a concept of homeland in Islam ? and do the people of homeland have special rights as compared to people who are migrating and then doing discrimination against people of the homeland.
b. These scenarios where hating somebody due to their misbehaviour, discrimination etc is this counted as racism ?
c. Is this not haq talfi of the people of the homeland.
