suppose if a journalist give news according to his source and he gave that news without approval of that person about which news is given is it okay?

That depends on the relative position of the person in the society for instance, if that person is a poltical leader or a religious scholar, then it would be ok to do so, but after verification of the source of course (through different journalistic tools).

if the news about political leader is not kind of moral conduct like for example suppose news is like how is political leader treated in jail ,knowing the location of politician etc without their permission is it still okay to give such news from source (if journalist use this tool) and permissibility about seeing these news?

In relation to a politician, there is nothing wrong with such news however, the journalist should have a reasonable basis to give such news and should not relay it on the basis of source only or on the basis of mere hearsay. There should be some reasonable corroboration done at the end of journalist.

If that news is raising any form of ethical issue (accusation on character etc.) on any party, then we should not divulge it before reasonable verification at our end. Journalist has a bigger responsibility at his end and we as individuals in certain instances, have a responsibility to not divulge without reasonable verification at our end.

@UmerQureshi if that type of news is about public office holder like for example about news about judge about their remark in courts,news related to police and leaking budget before announcement of it on television (if that happen)is it permissible to view such news?

If the news has been divulged on a public platform like a news channel or a news paper then there is no blame on the person watching/reading it, but it is the responsibility of that news channel / news paper to abide by all the ethical standards.
