If a person does not have children, his siblings will get the share of children if they were there. Evey brother will get double of the share of the sister. if there are only brothers, the inheritance will be equally distrbuted among them. if there is one brother the whole estate will go to him. and if there is only one sister, she will get half of the inheritance, and if there are two or more than two sisters, they will get two third of the inheritance.

the rest of estate, in case there are only sisters, will go to the nearest male member of the family.

      What about parents?

For example if i die today, and i had 1 brother and 1 sister, does everything shall be divided between these two only (my siblings) or my parents too have some right/share on my estate (property ecc.)??

      Thanks

The parents will have their share 1/6 each and the rest will go to the sibling.
