Jami At-Tirmidhi 2328 – Prohibition Of Making Estate
Aslam o alikum
Abdullah [bin Mas’ud] narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:
“Do not take to the estate, such that you become desirous of the world.”
What is this mean is it bad for having estate or wealth.

It was not a verdict of prohibition but a way to alarm muslims to not indulge so much in this world in a way so as to forget the real goal of akhirah. And experience suggests that the matter of estate, even today, is one of the biggest sources of discord and transgression in the society.
