اَللّٰھُمَّ ، إِنِّي أَسْلَمْتُ وَجْھِيْ إِلَیْکَ وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِيْ إِلَیْکَ وَأَلْجَأْتُ ظَھْرِيْ إِلَیْکَ، رَغْبَۃً وَّرَھْبَۃً إِلَیْکَ، لَا مَلْجَأَ وَلَا مَنْجَا مِنْکَ إِلَّا إِلَیْکَ، آمَنْتُ بِکِتَابِکَ الَّذِيْ أَنْزَلْتَ وَبِنَبِیِّکَ الَّذِيْ أَرْسَلْتَ
O God! I have tendered myself to You and submitted my affairs to You and rested my back against You while fearing your might and while moving towards you with fondness. There is no refuge and resting place after running away from You, and if ever there is, then it is with You. I professed faith in the book that You have revealed and professed faith in the Prophet whom You have sent as a Messenger.
اے اللہ، میں نے اپنے آپ کو تیرے حوالے کر دیا ہے اور اپنا معاملہ تیرے سپرد کر دیا ہے اور تجھ سے ٹیک لگالی ہے، تیری عظمت سے لرزتے ہوئے اور تیرے اشتیاق میں بڑھتے ہوئے۔ تجھ سے بھاگ کر کہیں پناہ اور کہیں ٹھکانا نہیں، اور اگر ہے تو تیرے ہی پاس ہے۔ پروردگار، میں تیری کتاب پر ایمان لایا ہوں جو تونے نازل کی ہے اور تیرے نبی پر ایمان لایا ہوں جسے تو نے رسول بنا کر بھیجا ہے۔
