Whatever has been given to any child in the parents’ lifetime cannot be accounted for in the distribution of inheritance.

Brother Ahsan. Couldn’t it be that if parents specifically state that it is part of daughter’s inheritance, then it can be inheritance.
Since marriages and education are so expensive, the expense on those items should be recognized as part of inheritance, if stated specifally. After passing of the person, if there is any remaining portion, then it should be given to that person.
This is an agreement between two person. Why is it not allowed in Islam?

That means they just need to write a will and state that nothing goes to the daughter who the parents paid during the wedding or nothing goes to the son for who the parents paid for an expensive education so that other sibblings could get a fair share.
