Salaam this is Ali zer akram from Karachi Pakistan. By profession im working with takaful company as senior manager.
I take sleeping pills day and night in any quantity. In the same situation, I had a serious argument with my wife and my wife was also very angry. When my wife spoke repeatedly, I told her once that I am divorcing you. I have already divorced twice before. At that time I was furious to the point of madness. And was a little drunk. Has this divorce happened and is there any solution left?
And in the same state of anger and drunkenness, I had also made documentation and given her away. Is this a divorce or is there still room for recourse?
Please help me and answer me ASAP thanks. -

Divorce does not take place in the state of insanity. If a person is not habitual and can prove his state of insanity at the pronouncement of divorce, the pronouncement can be revoked.
