  Why Listening Music Is Haram?

  Is music haram because of its explicit content? but being a religious woman I am confident to say that i have no intention to implement on such things like having haram relationships or stuff like that.. sometimes people need to minimise their depression in a form of therapy occasionally so, can i say listening music is haram by any means?

  Music is not Haram but the explicit contents. Just listen to music without haram vocals or listen to music without vocals.

  I believe listening or watching haram things, even without intentions to act upon them, desensitize a person and slowly the person starts accepting haram things as normal.
