If one is leaving for Madina from Makkah, then coming back to Makkah. Should he mAke farewell tawaf before leaving for Madinah or before leaving for home after he comes back from Madina. Thanks

There is only one tawaf of hajj which is called the tawaf-i-ifadah; however, the Prophet (sws) has directed the pilgrims to offer another tawaf after offering hajj and umrah before they return to their homes. It is better that this tawaf should be performed as the last thing before returning home.
Ibn-e-Abbas (rta) narrates that the Prophet (sws) is reported to have said that before departing the last thing everyone of you should do is this (https://sunnah.com/bukhari:1755 AND https://sunnah.com/muslim:1327).
Women, however, who are passing through their menstrual cycles have been exempted by him from this and have been permitted to depart from Makkah without offering it (https://sunnah.com/bukhari:1762 AND https://sunnah.com/muslim:1211aa).
