As it is clear that wearing gold is prohibited for men in Islam. But what is ruling for wearing Silver rings (especially those have stones on it). As scholars of Fiqh e hanafi say no ring whose weight is more than 4.5mashay (which is slightly less than gram) is allowed. Plus only silver rings are allowed. Moreover no more than one ring is allowed. What is the mantaq (logic) behind it. Is there any solid argument behind all these rulings?

Halal and Haram are determined with respect to their weight. If a thing is halal it is halal, if haram it is haram.

In Shariah the criteria for considering something haram is given in Surah al-Araf 7:33

Say: My Lord has only forbidden lewd acts, whether open or hidden [338] and usurping rights and wrongful oppression [339] and that you associate with God that for which He did not send down any sanction [340] and that you fabricate something about God that you know not.[341]

These are five categories. wearing gold or silver falls in none of these categories so they are not haram in themselves. However, wearing them to show off one’s wealth is haram. This element of showing off is found more in wearing gold than silver, therefore silver is allowed but wearing gold is condemned.
