Why Hazrat Ali (RA) Did Not Avenge Hazrat Uthman (RA)?
Assalamualaikum.
Why didn’t Hazrat Ali (RA) take qisaas from the killers of Hazrat Uthman (RA)? I mean he was Khaleefa e Rashid and therefore, there must be a sound reason behind that.
And also, why did he appoint some suspected people as governors?
