If a company deals with only a fraction of non-compliant goods or services (Islamically speaking) , then Muslim investors can definitely still invest in it. However, the investor must donate that fraction of their profits, that have been generated by the haram side of the business, to charity. For example: Assume that approximately 8% of a business’s income is generated from the sale of alcohol. A Muslim investor could still invest in that company as long as they donate 8% of their yearly profits from the investment, to remain halal.

What’s Ghamidi sb’ opinion on above mentioned argument by lot of other scholars?

There is no such rule in Islam. Investments are generally made on a discretionary basis. When there are other viable options available, one should avoid investing in companies that profit from immoral products or services.
