Do we have any article or video or discussion about different types of Quranic hermeneutics. Does Usool e tafsir and Quranic hermeneutics are one and the same or are they different ?

There is no detailed article or video available to the best of my knowledge. However, Hermeneutics is the basis of all scriptural interpretations and Tafsir or usul-e-Tafsir include different tools used in those interpretations ranging from the understanding of language, Hadith corpus, Athar of Sahaba etc.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
Only 2 tools are decisive and conclusive tools when doing interpretation i.e Tafsir Quran by Quran and Tafsir by Language. Did i understand this correctly ?

Tafsir of Quran by Quran is also an extension of Understanding Language of Quran because through this tool we can understand different applications of a word in the most credible way. But yes, language plays the most critical role.
