Dua In Salah Before Fatiha
As we recite a little prayer in Namaz before Fatiha, is it fixed in Arabic or can one do in their own language and for how long can one do it before reciting Fatiha and proceeding with the rakat?

Nothing has been fixed in this regard. It is an optional prayer and can be done in one’s own language as well.
