Are the fishes usually eaten in punjab known in local language as “sol” “patar” “raho” halal?

Fish usually eaten in Pakistan are Halal to consume.
Fish in general are all Halal and can be eaten without fulfilling the Zabiha requirement (i.e. Tazkiya and Tasmiya) as we do while sacrificing the cattle like goat and buffalo etc. However, the requirement of Zabiha would reinstate when the fish being captured has a gushing blood coming out of it. Only those fish are clearly Haram which are beastly in nature like Shark for example.
