Requirements For Halal Meat
AoA , Can anyone share the thoughts (with references/sources) about Halal meat?
1- Does chicken or beef need to be properly slaughtered (I.e. with Takbir and should be by a Muslim) or the one which is slaughtered without any names on it is also halal?
2- If electric Shocks / Stunning (which is a must in Europe before slaughtering any animal) before slaughtering is performed would this one also be considered as halal?

Slaughtering and Tasmiya (pronoucing the name of God) bother are necessary to make flesh halal. the slaughter of a Muslim or the people of book is halal when they pronouce the name of God on it.
