Sunan ibn majah 422
The hadith up there states how a person is allowed to wash their body with one scoop of water while repeating it 3 times and if someone exceeded from it , they have done evil,,
The hadith is grade Hasan maybe,
But what’s the right way to do wudu
If there is a specific way to do so will it be consider sin if someone does ghusal instead of wudu, will the wudu be count will it become sin,?
Anyway plz elaborate it , jazakallah,,,

Jazakallah but my question is still there,
If a person does a action of wudu more than three times like washing face for four time would he be doing evil as mentioned in hadith of sunan ibn majah 422

Prophet (sws) was pointing towards the fact that adding or removing anything intentionally from the prescribed Wuzu will be a sin because if that additional thing is done or something is removed from Wuzu intentionally as part of religion, then it is as good as starting a Biddah in religion and this is exactly how Biddah starts. This is not related to someone who unintentionally washes face or arm four times. Following narration depicts a better picture:
