I have a friend who just completed his btech degree, and finally he got a job, but before joining the company ,he asked about the permission of praying namaz , but company didn’t allowed it and said this is not a part of company policy you can’t get a leave for 10 minutes everyday, so my friend is saying he will not gonna join the company. So is he doing right by leaving his job even after selection what ghamidi sahab opinion on these kind of matter can he do namaz just by sitting on his desk just like reading namaz through ishara (symbolically) or he is right to leave the job.

Need suggestion , kindly reply soon sir

Your friend might have given the expression of going for Jamat or congregational prayer every time, which companies do not cater to. Otherwise, there are lunch and tea breaks, also you can take some time out to relax, etc., and it is usually quite feasible to offer your individual prayer during the job. You can combine the prayer if time is restricted by saying Zuhar, Asr and Maghrib, Isa prayer combined.

Religion is easy, do not make it hard unnecessarily.
