    Asselamu aleykum,

Some people have the rectal prolapse. Does that condition effects one’s ablution? Because in this condition, something which is usually the inside of the body is now became the outside of the body of that particular person.

    Kindly clarify, Thanks.

Such medical conditions fall under exemption. But this is something an individual has to decide for himself whether such a condition is creating undue hardship for him in retaining wudu or not, after considering appropriate medical counsel.

Please see for undertanding of the principle:

Exemption means, one must redo the Wudu after each prayer, or one is totally exempted from any kind of difficulty, as healthy person is?

The depends on the level of difficulty.

If a wudu nullifier happens because of a medical condition as a result of incontinence then doing wudu once in a pure state would suffice until the time a wudu nullifier happens under normal circumstances OR If the condition is such that a person always stays in a constant state of wudu nullifier and there is no pure state ever, then a simply doing wudu once before salah would suffice until the time a wudu nullifier happens under normal circumstances.

If the condition is such that a person cannot perform rituals of wudu because of some physical constraints, then doing Tayammum would sufice until the time a person reverts back to normal healthy condition.
