As it is explained in the article and the video shared above, the basis of Ghamidi sahab’s stance is found in Quran 59:7 which is not in relation to war.
“The context of this verse is that in the Prophet’s times when people demanded that the wealth, land and assets obtained from the enemy against whom no war had been waged be distributed among them, the Quran refused this demand…”
