There’s a hadith in which prophet “Muhammad saw says (mafhum) : near the day of qayamat there will come women who’ll be dressed yet naked ”
Who are they? In which context rhis hadith is qouted , and similarly another hadith which states (mafhum) :
A woman will take 4 with her in hell, her father, brother, husband and son,
Is it true??
And by what will she take them along with her,, won’t eveyone give count on their own deeds?

As a general principle, Ahadith do not give an independent ruling, rather they are always application of principles outlined in Quran and Sunnah. Therefore all ahadith are to be studied in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
Women who will be dressed yet naked point to the fact that their dressing would be of sort which would reveal their body, either because it is too tight or because it is too thin or too less, which would violate the principles of Parda described in Quran Surah Nur.
A woman taking four in hell would mean that a lady who was under guardianship of her father or in the absence of father, her brother (before marriage) and in the guardianship of her husband (after marriage), despite her illicit or open relationships outside of marriage, these people stayed silent and let her ruin her family structure, they would also be responsible for their lack of action.
It is true that everyone is accountabe for their own deeds, but within one’s immediate sphere, there exists a sphere in which a person possesses authority. In a family system, a person often has two capacities: he is a father and he is a husband. As per the dictates of common sense and human nature, a person has authority in these two spheres. It is because of this authority that a person in his capacity of a husband and that of a father is responsible for the affairs of his wife and children respectively. The Prophet (sws) is reported to have said:
أَلاَ كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْؤُوْلٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِه
Beware that each of you is a shepherd, and each person will be held accountable for his herd.
It is about this circle of authority in which the Prophet (sws) directed Muslims to try to curb any evil they see in it. He is reported to have said:
مَنْ رَأَى مِنْكُمْ مُنْكَراً فَلْيُغَيِّرهُ بِيَدِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِلِسَانِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِقَلْبِهِ وَذَلِكَ أَضْعَفُ الِإيمْاَن
When any person among you sees an evil [in his circle of authority], he should try to curb it by [the force of] his hands. If he does not have the faith to do it, he should try to curb it by his tongue and if [even] this is not possible, he should consider it bad in his heart and this is the lowest level of faith.

Sir by the meaning of illicit relationship outside of the marriage does it mean being involved in zina?
Or cheating over her partner,,
If that’s the case that it’s abt illicit relationship after marriage or before marriage, does it mean when she commits zinah??
And if the man of the family commit it so?
And abt in one video ghamdi SB said that any profession is ok until you care abt the things which can make it haram, same it goes to acting , right
But actress and actors do perform as the husband /wife of other people who aren’t their partner even though when they are married or not, than does it mean they’ll go to hell bcz of that?
Or does it mean only when the people of the family is commiting zinah in real and family is quite ,

Yes, it means adultery/Zina.
This does not apply to acting as husband or wife. However, in such instances, norms of gender interaction should be followed by Muslims.
If a Husband commits any such transgression, then wife can involve elders of the society or the state to knock sense in him and if he persists in his transgressions, then the room for divorce is open for the wife. Father or Husband being the head of family has authority over his daughter and wife, if they commit any transgressions; while the daughter and wife can involve those members of the society who have direct authority over the husband/father in case he commits any such transgressions.
