    First exception; In case of unavoidable circumstances 100% “Will” to transfer inheritance post death.

    Second Exception; Based on extraordinary services of legal heir, 100% “Will” to transfer inheritance after death.

    Ghamidi sahab holds that under normal circumstances, the shares of family members must be distributed according to the Quran. Based on the facts that the Quran has not put any numerical limitations on the wills made to non family members during a person’s lifetime, and the fact that the Quran has specified the shares of family members based on their benefit to the deceased, Ghamidi sahab has made an ijtihad that during a person’s lifetime he/she can bequeath any amount to a family member on the basis of a) a dire need of a family member or b) extraordinary services that such a family member rendered to the person.
