As long as you dont promote shirk, lewdness, biddat or injustice, its fine. In case of religious ceremonies, abstain from drawing religious symbols and depicting God or shirk.
Halloween, Independence day etc are fine.
Pls refer to Discussion 1749 for the principles of determining halal and haram.

    Thanks a lot.

    جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْراً کثیراً

The designs we do doesn’t have anything that is prohibited in Islam, but I wanted to ask this question in general, as whether we should do it or not, e.g. when Halloween season is near people try to make designs for it, for instance they want T-Shirt designs, in which there is pumpkin or a skeleton etc.

Now it’s clear that we can do it but should not make things that are vividly prohibited in Islam, right?

Yes any thing prohibited or promote prohibited things should be avoided.
