There is no prohibition in Islam for either investing with an expert or to use a service that tells you when to buy or sell. As long as any business is done with justice and has no aspect of immorality, it is permissible in Islam.
With that said, caution must be exercised. Investing and trading is not as easy as it seems and a lot of people lose a lot of money in this domain.
