Is Making Your Main Career As A Singer Or Dancer Or An Idol Is Prohibited?
As I study in Korea I do study with my friends who are actually from my country,
And they r muslims
But their passion is to sing and to make a band ,
Would it be ok if they make a band ,
In Korea people of band are called idol or something similar to it I don’t really know,
But the fact is it does consists of dancers, singers ,songwriters , vocalist ofc
So what should be done?
And also the idol do makeup for their attractive appearance,
Would it considered alright?
Similarly about acting too
Kindly clear this out together

They are free to do any such activity as long as they do not violate any of the prohibitions mentioned in Quran 7:33. Makeup usually done by the male gender in such performances is different from the kind of makeup female performers do, so there is no harm as long as the distinction is clear.
