Rights And Publication Of Imam Farahi's Works

1) Does Al-Mawrid or GCIL own the rights of Imam Farahi’s works?
2) If it doesn’t, who does?
3) And if it does, does it publish them? For example, جمهرة البلاغة. Is it published by Al-Mawrid or GCIL?
4) And if it does and does not publish them, why?
These are some of the questions I had in mind.

GCIL does not own the rights to Imam Farahi’s works. I am not sure about Al-Mawrid (Pakistan). You may want to contact them directly.
