Makruh refers to things in religion which are disliked but are not explicitly Haram. Committing of Haram will result in a sin while committing of a Makruh will not. If a Makruh is clearly mentioned in Quran or Sunnah, then an intentional violation can result in a minor sin.
As far as Sea Prawns are concerned, there is no explicit prohibition available and a Muslim should judge their dietary allowance on the basis of Tayyibat and Khabais Principle mentioned in Quran. Such borderline cases for which two opinions are available, there is no sin if one opts for either of the two opinions on the basis of logic and reason.
