Hadith That Allah Would Admit A Jew Or A Christian In Hell When A Muslim Dies
Dear sir
Need clarification of sahih muslim hadees 7011 to 7014 regarding a jew or christian will be replaced in hell in place of a Muslim.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ دَفَعَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ يَهُودِيًّا أَوْ نَصْرَانِيًّا فَيَقُولُ هَذَا فِكَاكُكَ مِنْ النَّارِ
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ أَنَّ عَوْنًا وَسَعِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ حَدَّثَاهُ أَنَّهُمَا شَهِدَا أَبَا بُرْدَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَمُوتُ رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ إِلَّا أَدْخَلَ اللَّهُ مَكَانَهُ النَّارَ يَهُودِيًّا أَوْ نَصْرَانِيًّا قَالَ فَاسْتَحْلَفَهُ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فَحَلَفَ لَهُ قَالَ فَلَمْ يُحَدِّثْنِي سَعِيدٌ أَنَّهُ اسْتَحْلَفَهُ وَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ عَلَى عَوْنٍ قَوْلَهُ

It’s a fabricated narration because it clearly contradicts the Quran. Please see 6:164 and 2:48.
6:164 Say: “Shall I seek other than God as a Lord when He is the Lord of everything?” And every soul earns what is for it, and none will carry the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return and He will inform you of what you disputed in.
2:48 Beware of a day where no person can avail another person, nor will any intercession be accepted from it, nor will any ransom be taken, nor will they have supporters.

This narration is in accordance with Quran. According to the actual narration, Jews and Christians who were ordered to be punished after Itmam-e-Hujjah through swords of Sahaba in this world, they will be handed over to Sahaba on the day of judgement as a Fidya for their lives i.e. “Had they not implemented the punishment of Jizya on them then they would have also been sent to Jahannum along with these Jews and Christians“.
Because of change in certain words of this narration by some narrators, the total meaning of this narration got changed in some variants.
