    Assalamualaikum!

    https://youtu.be/R-WXkrDy6yI?si=QXOU0uWSTtTbggPT

In the video above, from 3:30 and onwards, Ghamidi Saheb presents the idea that most probably the evolution of early Humans took many generations and when the animal form of humans was completed, Allah swt selected 2 from them and bestowed a personality/ Insani Shakhsiyat into them.

Whereas on the other hand, in Surah Aal e Imran verse 59, the ayat itself as well as Tafseer of Ghamidi Saheb seems to present another view i.e Adam had no parents: https://youtu.be/jqIZ1QrhU0A?si=8reL-SchPUj3WhCq

(In the ayat above, it was a logical explanation being presented to Nasaara that if they believe in Jesus being son of God because he had no human father, then you should believe this for Adam too because he had no mother and father both!).

Does it not seem like a contradiction believing in Adam with no parents and on the other side, believing that he was the product after many generations of perfection by God?

“Whereas on the other hand, in Surah Aal e Imran verse 59, the ayat itself as well as Tafseer of Ghamidi Saheb seems to present another view i.e Adam had no parents”

The verse 3:59 does not say that Adam did not have parents. It says that Adam was created from dust. These are two different claims. So your premise is not correct.

3:59 The example of Jesus with God is similar to that of Adam; He created him from dust, then He said to him “Be” and he was.

You wrote: “3:59 is explaining Allah’s ability to create his creation without need for any one particular medium/process. Allah can create Adam (AS) from clay (by going through the process of His choosing), similarly Allah can create Jesus(AS) without any intervention of father in his creation.”

But the point is that when we look at the ayat, it seems that Allah swt wants to focus on the similarity between the physical creation process of Adam (“created him from dust”) and Jesus, whereas in the comment above, the difference between them is being highlighted.

How do we draw the lines between the two?

There is no similarity between the two as far as physical creation process is concerned, even from a traditional viewpoint. (i.e. Adam (sws) created directly from dust and Jesus (sws) created directly in mother’s womb). Their process of physical creation is definitely different, however there lies similarity from the viewpoint of ‘unusual mechanism‘ adopted in both of their processes of creation i.e. both of the creation processes started from a special kalma (kun fa ya kun) of Allah and both are direct recipients of ‘ruh or the process ‘Nafkh-e-Ruh‘ but the mechanism adopted to carry this out was different in both the scenarios. The example given by Allah draws parallel between the two from this angle in our understanding.
