Combining Salah
Asalam u alaikum!
I was wondering what’s the ruling on bringing together 2 prayers (Dhur and ASR) & (Maghrib and Isha)? Can they be bring together only in specific circumstances or any time when you think might be a bit difficult to pray in time?
During winter in Europe when we go out like for shopping or anything it’s a bit difficult to pray all prayers on time so I was thinking to pray 2 prayers together when going out?
What are your thoughts?

Salah can only be combined in case of unusual difficulty. Allah has asked people to offer prayers on time see verse 4:103.
People have to define for themselves what can classify as unusual difficulty for them.
